How to Order
By Email
Using the order form fill in your name, address, telephone number, email address and preferred contact time. Please fill in items reference name and quantity of item required. We will then contact you to discuss colour scheme and component variation. Price and delivery charges will be confirmed via email.
By Phone
Please phone our head office on 07977798955 and give above details. If no-one is available please leave a contact name and number and someone will return your call as soon as possible. Once your telephone order has been placed we will confirm details via email.
Once payment is received we will send you an order process confirmation.
Deposit
Party, internet orders and telephone orders must be paid in full before orders are processed.
A non refundable deposit of 50% of total cost is to be paid before account orders are processed.
Delivery
Goods will be supplied within approximately 28 days of order process confirmation, unless previously agreed. Balance of account purchases due within 14 days of invoice on supply of total order of goods.
The manufacturer reserves the rights to substitute equivalent stones and finings in the event of stock limitation with in the time scale.
How to Pay
We accept Postal orders, Paypal Ref: payment@the-trinketbox.co.uk , Cheque should be made payable to "The Trinket Box". At exhibitions and parties was accept cash in addition to the above methods.
Postage and Packaging
Goods will be dispatched through Royal Mail Special Delivery. Deliveries will require a signature. If no body is available to sign for delivery redelivery must be arranged through Royal Mail.

Returns
All Jewellery is non-returnable after 14 days of receipt of goods. Any faults and returns must be reported within 7 days of receipt. No refund on bespoke items, Hair pins and clips or pierced jewellery unless faulty.
Refunds and returns are at our digression and may incur a 15% handling fee.
The customer (as named on the order confirmation) accepts responsibility of all goods until transaction is complete.
All items remain the property of The Trinket Box until final payment is received.
All design remain the property of The Trinket Box.
Liability
Liability for the contract (order) is the price of the contract. Under no circumstances do we accept liability for consequential loss. All design and Jewellery made by The Trinket Box are unique. Similarities to other products on the market are coincidental.
